Subtle But Evil

and went again into the Praetorium, and said to Jesus, “Where are You from?” But Jesus gave him no answer. Then Pilate said to Him, “Are You not speaking to me? Do You not know that I have power to crucify You, and power to release You? John 19:9-10 NKJV

Here we see a normal human beings reaction & behaviour. Pilate was very uncomfortable with the idea of crucifying the Lord Jesus, to the point where he was trying to figure out a way, by communicating to Jesus, to stop it from happening.

And how did the Lord Jesus react? With silence…

I’m sure we have all been in a similar situation, when you are trying to help someone and they are not responding or appreciating our efforts. The feeling that follows is not nice, but let’s put our spiritual helmet on and think as to why the Lord Jesus ignored answering Pilate.

The Lord Jesus had a mission, which was to die for the salvation of human kind. This was His sole purpose of existence and He was fully aware of this before He met Pilate.

So Him being in Spirit could see that if He answered Pilate, He would be entertaining the idea of being released, which would have messed up His purpose for being on earth (the mission).

Now which being would wants to mess disrupt Jesus’ mission? Who would love the idea of Jesus not being crucified and resurrecting for the salvation of human kind? satan!

Dear reader, this is very spiritual and profound.

We all have a purpose here in earth, and at times friends, family, associates, colleagues & even strangers in high positions may come with there advice, suggestions or help to apparently ease our pain during our journey of faith, but we have to be in Spirit to notice whether or not that is help from God or the devil subtlety trying to stop us completing our mission.

1, 2, 3… Who Did Jesus Pray For

I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours. John 17:9 NKJV

One – Here we see that Jesus was interceding through prayer for those who belongs to God exclusively; and not for those living for the world.

Two – Jesus knew the heart and minds of human beings on earth, he already knew that the vast majority wouldn’t want to live for God. So He made his prayer specific for only those who would believe and live for Him, i.e His disciples (current & future).

Three – Intercede, through daily prayer, for Christians worldwide, but especially for those closest to you, i.e. your disciples & Christian brethen.

Don’t waste too much time praying for those who are living for the world, they’re not interested in God.

1, 2, 3… UNITY! For God’s Sake.

Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are. John 17:11 NKJV

One – In this verse, Jesus was days away from being crucified, resurrecting & returning to Heaven; He prayed that in His absence, God would keep His disciples united.

Two – Jesus knew that in His physical absence, His disciple (current & future) would experience situation that would try to break them up. So He asked God to remind them to always stick together, solely because of HIS namesake, nothing else.

Three – Even if your not fond of your fellow Christian’s personality, behaviour, style, culture, interests, ways of doing things; and/or if there’s pressure to give up your faith in people & God, because we are Christians, let’s be UNITED! God’s sake!

God’s Holy Spirit = God’s Character

For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. I Corinthians 2:11 NKJV

This verse is very profound. It leaves in the mind of those who have common sense, no room for doubt or confusion.

Who know us better than our own spirit? Only God, but no one else. So surely you can understand now why a Pastors & anyone who is born of God continue to feel sadden when a person is in the church for many years, yet they have never received the Holy Spirit.

Without the Holy Spirit, you can read the entire bible, experience miracles, improve in your character and even be used by God to save others, but, you’ll never know who God is personally.

Now imagine how frustrating this is for God Himself.

He sent our Lord Jesus, His Son, to die for us so that the Holy Spirit could be given to all those who believe in Him, as a GIFT, as our INHERITANCE. A gift that we are automatically entitled to the moment we accept Him as our Lord & Saviour.

Yet, so many neglect or reject it, consciously & unconsciously. And the consequence… they are in church for most of their life or claim to believe in the God of the bible, but don’t even know, PERSONALLY, the One they claim to be their Father, Lord & Saviour.

Believer!!!

Servant of God!!!

Person living by Faith!!!

Do Not Accept This To Be Your Case. I’m demanding from you, that you use this week to take possession of YOUR GIFT, YOUR INHERITANCE, the Holy Spirit.

1, 2, 3… Give Your Best To Educate & Encourage

While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. John 17:12 NKJV

One – In this verse, Jesus was explaining to God that He done his best job to educate and keep His disciples under the authority of God.

Two – As a true Christian, we have a duty to educate (via theory & demonstration) & encourage (to the best of our ability) God’s disciples here on earth. True Christians strive daily to prevent disciples & souls from getting distracted, attracted & lost in this evil world.

Three – Daily consecrate yourself via mediating on your Bible; Daily use your faith based upon the word of God & inspiration from the Holy Spirit; Daily strive to be a true representative of God here on earth; and daily check up on those Christian brethren & souls that God has inspired you to look after.

1, 2, 3… A Christian’s Purpose On Earth

I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work You have given Me to do. John 17:4 MEV

One – In this bible verse, the Lord Jesus is praying to God about what He has done while He was on earth.

Two – While on earth, a Christian has two jobs: to glorify God the Father through their character, talent & works; and to daily seek out the souls (through evangelism) that God wants to save through them.

Three – Seek to receive the character of God (the Holy Spirit); figure out how God can use you to glorify Him here on earth (your talent); master your talent by investing time and effort into it; and set daily, weekly and monthly targets of how many souls you will evangelize and look after (discipleship).

Simplicity is exactly that, simple…

1, 2, 3… Eternal Life

This is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. John 17:3 MEV

One – This bible verse is Jesus explaining to those who are interested, what is ETERNAL LIFE.

Two – To gain eternal life, a person simply has to first acknowledge the God of the Bible, and His Son, the Lord Jesus;  and then make a conscious and in depth effort to get to know Them on a personal level.

Three – Decide today to start obeying through ACTIONS & ATTITUDES ALL that the God of the Bible commands you to do, through His Son and through His deputy authorities (in the bible and today i.e. Pastors & Deacons); regardless of how you feel, your cultures, your traditions, your upbringing, your habits and your own way of thinking.

If you know better, do better…

Passion for Saving Soul

“The works of the Lord are great, sought out by all who have pleasure in them.” Psalms 111:2 MEV

I really believe in this verse! Truly in those who have had a true experience with God, in those who are born of God and in those who have the Holy Spirit, was placed a desire inside to seek & most importantly do the Lord’s works.

These people don’t ignore this desire, they cultivate and act upon it, because they know the pleasure they get from doing it doesn’t come from man, it comes directly from God; also they know that God sees their efforts & their reward will come from Him.

With that being said I invite you all to attend my church’s Good Friday mega event @ 3pm. If you are in London there are many branches to pick from by clicking on this link; but i’ll love for you to attend my branch in:

I can speak for myself that indeed doing His works i.e. Visits to the hospital & homes, Evangalism, Healing the sick, Encouraging the poor in spirit etc… are GREAT as the bible says, because God Himself is GREAT and everything associated with Him is GREAT i.e. the Sun, the other Stars, the Moon, the Earth, Joy, Happiness, Laughter, Humans and Animals etc…

Personally, I don’t need a man or a spiritual authority to tell me to do His works, it’s this desire that He placed inside of me that ALWAYS drives me to think, “What can I do to execute God’s works more effectively today?”

This is the importance of seeking to have a true encounter/experience with God, because without it, this desire will never be placed inside. I can also confirm that until I had my experience with God, there was no real desire for God’s work, everything I did was forced & a burden.

The Intention

“So, seeing that you are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that you may excel to the edifying of the church.” 1 Corinthians 14:12 MEV

We have to examine ourselves as to why we want certain things from God, e.g. His Spirit, A Revival, A Specific Blessing etc… because what I got from this verse is that if it’s not for the sake of adding to God’s work, it’s is for selfish purposes.

Many have a zeal for God but still have a mind that hasn’t been transformed by God, they don’t meditate on the Word of God to know what is His will; so when they do something in the church, they are not doing it with the right intentions.

They really want the Holy Spirit but not with the intention to help the kingdom of God grow, and for that reason they end up getting frustrated in their faith because they see their efforts are not being rewarded.

If we want anything spiritual from God, we must be willing to show God not just by words and even actions, but by checking our heart and mind to see what our true intentions are and if they are in line with God’s will.

How do we know and understand God’s will? By meditating on His Word.

Our Role As Evangalists

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.” John 6:44 NKJV

Many times over the past 9 years of being in God’s presence, I have invited people to come to church to receive what I have been receiving from God & in turn be blessed like I have.

And I can say, that many times, especially in the first years of me being in God’s presence, people disappointed me by not coming. This many times then lead to me doubting if God was with me, worrying about the opinions of other & anger at the individuals for not being honest to me.

Then one day I came across the verse above & it settled my doubts and behavior towards evangelism forever. This lead me to realize that it’s not by my eloquent words, my charisma or strength that people will come to accept the Lord Jesus; but it God the Father Himself who permits when a person will enter into His presence.

The burden of thoughts like, “If people don’t come to church because of my evangelism, it’s because I’m not of God & I’m failing as an evangelist”, was removed. God lead me to understand that all I am is a point of reference or a microphone for Him to use to speak to souls about Him, He is the one who will convince them and cause them to come to His presence when He see they are ready.

My role is just to place myself available for Him to use, the rest is in His hands. I believe many evangelists either still have or had this demonic lie in their mind once upon a time.

Which probably even lead to them not wanting to evangelize, but God is now telling you, through His word & His servant: FOCUS on your role of SPEAKING about God; don’t FOCUS on how and when the soul will transform and become of God.

The following verse in my opinion is an anxiety & doubts destroyer:

It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me.” John 6:45 NKJV
