Dumb, Smart or Wise?

The dumb: Those who feel they need to go out there and make their own mistakes. “Let me be myself!”

The smart: Dumb people who eventually graduate (n.b. not all do) from the school of life and learn from their own mistakes. “I’ve finally learned my lesson.”

The wise: Those who watch the dumb and the smart screw up their lives, and then learn from them.

Common Sense right?

A Lesson For Life, Struggles & Success

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred – Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries – Most never happens.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less from people but more from yourself.

You have two choices… smile and close this page,
or pass this along to someone else to share the lesson.

Avoid This Common Mistake

“A common mistake that many commit, one that impedes them from achieving their goals, is to work according to how they feel, when actually they should work according to the standards they have set for themselves.”

Imagine two roads, two roads or paths leading in the same destination. One is straight; the other is winding, with a succession of curves and slopes. Not only do these hamper your driving, but they also make the route slower…

These two roads are before you and are at your disposal; in fact, they reflect your attitude in life. If you have determined your goals and how to best achieve them in an intelligent and rational way, nothing will divert your from your course, from reaching your primary goal in a straight line.

Now, if you set your goals, work to achieve them, but often, let your mood interfere with your progress, then your path will be winding, full of obstacles, which sometimes can become so large, they will stop you from achieving anything! Don’t make this mistake, it can be fatal! Using emotions to fuel the way you work is like putting a car in the hands of a person who cannot see!

The Cost of Spiritual Maturity

I believe that the Holy Spirit uses the many experiences that those who have it go through, to show them that the Promised Land truly flows with milk and honey. It’s a reality, But, in order to get there they must cross deserts, face lions, snakes and scorpions etc…

They are responsible for charging the battery of our perseverance, stimulating our faith and, above all, cause our conviction in the relationship with the Almighty to mature. The Word of God is the transmitter of faith, and man is the recipient of faith.

At times, there may be some small barriers or a complete blockade in this channel of communication. It’s like a highway: there are holes, hills and barriers that may cause delays, but they do not block the passage of vehicles. However, there are also complete blockades, where the driver must stop & go in a different direction.

The small barriers in our faith are the trails, persecutions and injustices that rocks us, but does not block us, under any circumstances, from executing our faith. And the “complete blockades” are EMOTIONS. That’s what happened with Peter, while he was walking on water, he noticed the wind and allowed FEAR(an emotion) to completely block his faith at that moment.

I always say to myself that when we are not careful, our heart can become the headquarters of the devil & our mind can be the headquarters of God. The devil wants us to live by how we feel but God commands us to disregard our feelings and live by an intelligent faith, not fanatical faith (emotionally based).

The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is? Jeremiah 17:9 NLT

The greatest enemy of faith are the EMOTIONS that feed doubt; Doubt eats emotions for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they are its food.

I Hope This Helped…

Trust & Honesty

What are the roots of confidence? The answer is: honesty!

With the strong depreciation of principles and social values, nowadays it’s more difficult to confide in someone. Imagine a society based on trust. How it would be? Surely, it would be a far more honest place where people would live in safety and tranquility.

The root of the plant is essential because, besides giving it posture, it absorbs nutrients from the soil that are needed for survival of the plant. In the same way, trust survives through honesty. A social or personal relationship based on trust is strong, well fed and doubtless. It doesn’t collapse easily.

Trust and honesty are of the utmost importance to all areas of life. For example, trust and honesty are crucial to the survival of the relationship in a marriage. A person who abides by the principles of trust and honesty, can more easily overcome setbacks that arise, and even recognize areas where they can improve as an individual.

Who Are You Attracting? || Advice For The Women

The lips of an immoral woman are as sweet as honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil. But the result is as bitter as poison, sharp as a double-edged sword. Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave. For she does not care about the path to life. She staggers down a crooked trail and doesn’t even realize where it leads. Proverb5:3-6 NLT

Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Proverb 31:30 NKJV

The wisest of women builds her house, but folly with her own hands tears it down. Proverb 14:1 NKJV
