The Illusionist

It’s nothing new, but sometimes it’s good to remember: there are both good and bad people in the world. And, with each passing day, it seems that the number of good people keeps shrinking.

I’m not even talking about those who are evil on the inside or evil and proud of it. It’s not the pedophiles, rapists, terrorists, assassins, thieves or drug-dealers that worry me. Those in these groups at least assume their wickedness. It’s easier to shield yourself from them. What messes with me is when the bad guy is disguised as the good guy. They are truly Satan’s spawns:

And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works. 2 Corinthians 11:14-15

The devil made illusion an art form. He is the true illusionist who endows his own with the same ability, which they use to deceive those who have their guard down to his lies. They use good things to do what’s evil. They take advantage of peoples good faith to create religions. They use love to turn needy hearts into mush. They appear to support charity, so they can pocket the public’s money.  They create and use laws to legalize their corruption.

This is the kind of evil that grows exponentially. One of the reasons why illusionists multiply is because good people are too naive.

Those on the good side have to be more alert. Many times our big mistake is that we forget the extremely evil people in the world; we don’t pay attention to the fact that vicious wolves dressed up in sheep’s clothing walk among us. “I send you as sheep amongst wolves,” Jesus warned. “Be prudent as a snake…” In other words, your innocence and goodness won’t protect you. As Ronald Reagan once said: “Trust, but verify.”

There are a lot of illusionists out there. Open your eyes.

Control Your Impatience

“Cutting corners is actually a sign of impatience and lack of self-discipline.”

The transition from childhood to adulthood begins by understanding many different things, one of them has to do with the time it takes to obtain certain things.

When we are children we want everything and want them “right now”. We are impatient, often undisciplined in our choices and attitudes and unaware that everything has its time to ‘mature’, even us. We have to be prepared to receive what we want.

We all grow up physically, but intellectually; we all proceed at a different pace. While some learn that to be patient is more than an art, it’s a necessity, others continue to try to “cut corners” due to their impatience.

What to do, then? Start by establishing guidelines for your daily life. Establish goals/priorities. Work hard to achieve them and be patient to receive them, without fading or getting discouraged in your efforts as you go along!

Rebellious People

Now go, write it before them on a tablet, and note it on a scroll, that it may be for time to come, forever and ever: That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the law of the Lord; Who say to the seers, “Do not see,” and to the prophets, “Do not prophesy to us right things; Speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits. Get out of the way, turn aside from the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.” Isaiah 30:8-11 NKJV

I just read this verse and thought to myself, this is still relevant and happening to the world that we live in today, even after being wrote centuries ago.

In earlier verses in this chapter the prophet Isaiah inspired by God is writing about Egypt, and if you didn’t know, Egypt for a long time in the past was the dominant & powerful nation. They were idolaters, openly rebellious toward the God of Israel & His Word, His Commandments and disrespected Him through their daily actions, go look it up.

Now we live in a time where rebellion is so common, so natural and is accepted. Yes ACCEPTED. How you may ask?

Well the obvious acts of rebellion such as treason, rebel wars in different countries, stealing, drug abuse, murdering, extremist groups and the list goes on are still looked down upon. The less obvious acts like lying, hatred, fornication, idolatry, envy, adultery, selfish ambition, sorcery, gossiping, homosexuality and the list goes on are daily being accepted more and more.

In my opinion there is one nation in particular which is like the “Egypt of the past” today. Majority of the things they do has an influence on the rest of the world and the majority of the things are rebellious act toward God.

Verse 10 is the most shocking & upsetting verse because believers all over the world today have chosen to attend churches that have rebellious Seers(Pastor) and Prophets who indeed preach only for personal gain & to gain numbers for their church.

They don’t preach the Word of God in its entirety, but only preach about prosperity, love, joy etc… things that sound good in believers ears and make them feel good but they forget to preach about sin, demons, hell, the end times and rebellion in its different ways & forms.

They prophesy only for their personal gain, the deceive many and even cause many to suffer in different areas of their lives. You have heard the many stories that have happened in years gone past i’m sure. Its because of society and false prophets/pastors that so many believers will end up in hell and not heaven.

They end up compromising their faith daily, they believe that they can sincerely be on the Lord side but still have the traits of a child of the devil. We cannot serve two masters, isn’t this obvious? They justify themselves by saying I go to fellowship during the week and church on Sunday, I give offerings, I have a position in my church, but this is not enough…

Ask yourself:

Take a few moments & THINK about this, PLEASE!

For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. Matthew 24:5

Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! Matthew 7:22-23

MUSCLEMANIA #2 || The Beginning

Well, last week was the start of my 3 month cycle. Since Mr Mystro lives in Wolves I can’t train with him, but now i’m training with my boy Magic, he is the Polish Arnold Schwarzenegger =]

This week was obviously going to be the hardest out of all, my muscles are still waking up from their 4 month slumber but i managed to keep up with him and the training regime he had planned for us.

I also did the measurements of my arms, forearms, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves:

Right Arm: 13.8 Inches(Straight) 16 Inches(Tensed)

Left  Arm: 13.2 Inches(Straight) 15.8 Inches(Tensed)

Forearms: 12 Inches

Chest: 38 Inches

Waist: 31.5 Inches

Hips: 37.8 Inches

Thighs: 23.2 Inches

Calves: 15.5 Inches

Here is the guide Magic gave me to measure myself properly.

Well it is still early days but i’m really sure that this 3 month cycle will help me get up to about 87kg, my overall goal of 95kg will take a bit longer. It’s good to have a training partner, to help you & motivate you to keep lifting and to stay in shape, i also start athletics training again soon, which is great.

Keep posted on my weekly progression & tips.

John 10: Dumber than a Donkey

In this chapter Jesus’ main objective is to teach people how to distinguish between God’s representatives and fake ones, which is like distinguishing between real and fake followers of Christ. In order to illustrate this Jesus uses the analogy of the relationship between a Shepherd and his sheep.

The pharisees were also present and heard Jesus speak. They judged themselves to be true representatives of God on earth. They wanted the people to reject Jesus as an imposter. Jesus then opened the eyes of the people and taught them how to detect and differentiate between the true and false:

True Shepherd False Shepherd
He enters through the door because he has the right and authority to do so. He has nothing to hide Through his own means, he enters through the window, like a thief without an invitation
Those who are true, recognize his voice The careless or those who like lies, prefer his voice
Those of God follow him Those of God run away from him
He goes before the people, defending them and fighting for them In an unfavorable situation, he abandons the people
He only wants what’s best for the people. He sacrifices so they have a complete life He only wants people’s goods, and money; he doesn’t hesitate to sacrifice that for himself
He gives his life for the people He’s really only worried about himself

Today more than ever, we see so many self-proclaimed pastors, apostles, bishops, missionaries, evangelists, and ministers of this and that; that’s why we need discernment in order to know who’s who. Who appointed themselves and who was appointed by God. How to distinguish between the crooks from the good guys. The list above, given by the Lord Jesus Himself, gives us a good idea.

But I can’t fail to mention that the reason why so many fake leaders exist is because there are so many fake followers.

Jesus clearly stated that His sheep recognize His voice and follow Him – but they distrust and run away from the voice of the crooks. Just like God said in Isaiah 1:3:

The ox knows its owner And the donkey its master’s crib; But Israel does not know, My people do not consider.

Even animals know their owners, but the people don’t recognize God. Now-a-days even a smartphone recognizes its owner’s voice. It’s as if animals and machines have become smarter than humans.

Have you run away from the phonies? Do you obey the voice of the True Shepherd?

I Thank God For The UCKG

Have you ever wondered how and where you would be if God had not used the serious Work of the UCKG to Deliver and Save you?

Many say they would be: “in idolatry”, “ill”, “addicted”, “in hospital”, “dealing with the occult”, “on the streets”, “in unbelief “, “depressed”, “in prison”, “in orgies”, “unbalanced”, “in misery”…

The truth is, none of us really know where we would be, however, one thing is for sure, we wouldn’t be in a happy place or situation. We know very well where we came from and the state in which we walked into the UCKG.

Bearing this in mind, consider the following: Can we pay the Lord Jesus back for what He did on the cross and in our lives? Our answer can only be one: No, no, no and no…it’s impossible!!!

So what does He expect of us, if we can’t pay Him back?

5 important things:

1st Gratitude – Loyalty,
2nd Justice – Revolt,
3rd Evangelization – Mercy,
4th Faith – Obedience
5th Courage – Perseverance .

In case you haven’t shown your gratitude to God, start to do so right now with a prayer of thanksgiving, followed by attitudes based on the Most Intelligent, Practical and Beneficial Teachings of God’s Word wherever you are. If you have not surrendered your life to Him yet, do so now.

Repeat after me:
“God, I invoke the powerful name of your Son Jesus, who died for me, so that now, at this moment, I may be free from fear, pride, doubt, evil, addiction… please forgive me for the sins I’ve committed… I ask you Lord to accept me, save me, and give me the opportunity to develop my Intelligent Faith, by seeking You in the UCKG and serving You in a newness of life…”

Do you know why God wants us to practice these 5 “things”?

Apart from showing Him how grateful we are, He wants us to also show the demons that we don’t believe in their lies anymore, and, above all, for us to remain steadfast and faithful straight through to the end!

When we practice these 5 key principles of Intelligent Faith in the Living God, our relationship with Him matures, so that we become strong enough to resist temptations, tribulations, disappointments, trouble and persecution.

Personally, I praise God for the UCKG everyday, this is MY church forever =D No matter what A,B or C may say about MY church, I know how this church has helped transformed my life through the direction of the Holy Spirit, the God of the Bible is in this church, I’m a fruit of it’s TRUE work.

It’s the place where I found my Lord Jesus, where i learned the truth, where I was convicted of my Idolatrous, Proud, Womanizing, Religious & Imperfect ways, Where I learned that demons are real, where He taught me to depend on Him and His word only & to follow Him and not man.

Which ever country you are in, I invite you to pop into one of the UCKGs, we are in i believe over 100 countries. If you do come, be prepared to be challenged to use the faith in you that may have been sleeping for many years. And above all, be prepared to be taught the TRUTH of the Bible & God, nothing more, nothing less.

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30 NKJV – THIS IS UCKG’S SPIRIT

Life Sentence In Prison || Part 2

Now think with me, many people have done prison sentences, for various amount of years and have been released, some earlier, some later. They come back to the real world and they are in many ways free; and as I spoke in part 1, many spiritually speaking with the problems of day to day life have even been released as well, so they feel free.

But why is it that many who hated that prison, who worked so hard to be released & even vowed never to go back, end up back in the same, a similar or ever worse situation?

I believe the explanation is a simple one: No matter who you are, where you are & how strong you think you are, The temptation to do wrong & the things that got you into that first prison will always be around. Days later & even sometimes moments after you have been set free from your prison sentence, it will be there whispering in your ear, nagging you, exposing itself to you & tempting you to come back.

Remember that you were released from that problem’s grip; what got you into that problem & the problem itself still exists, if you get what i’m saying.

Whether it be the temptation to steal something that doesn’t belong to you, touch something that your not suppose to touch, lie about something, payback someone who betrayed you, sleep with another person’s partner, falling into debt & the list goes on. This is why we see in life many people who were released from prison physically & spiritually, end back there or sometimes worse.

Jesus said to a man he just set free from sickness, “Now you are well; so stop sinning, or something even worse may happen to you.” John 5:14 NLT

I believe Jesus said it clear enough for the man to understand that “Yes, I have set you free, but the problem I have set you free from still exists, and if you are not careful and wise, you will end up back in that situation and worser then the one I set you free from.”

Spiritually speaking this applies to our deliverance from unclean spirits(demons) and problems that come with them. Jesus also said, “When an evil spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none. Then it says, ‘I will return to the person I came from.’ So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order.  Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there. And so that person is worse off than before.” Matthew 12:43-45 NLT

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. 1 Corinthians 10:13

Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death. James 1:14-15 NLT

The temptation to give in to evil comes from us and only us. We have no one to blame but the leering, seducing flare-up of our own lust. James 1:14 The Message

I saw this interesting quote: TEMPTATION IS AN INVITATION

Will you take the invitation to go back to the prison sentence or the invitation to start a fresh and abandon the prison sentence for good?
