The Ruler Who Humbled Himself Before Jesus

Hello Reader, Your Welcome To My Blog =D Here’s A Message About Humility…

“Now when Jesus had crossed over again by boat to the other side, a great multitude gathered to Him; and He was by the sea. And behold, one of the rulers of the synagogue came, Jairus by name. And when he saw Him, he fell at His feet and begged Him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.” So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed Him and thronged Him.” Mark 5.21-24 NKJV

In the verse, you can see that Jairus a ruler, right? To be a ruler let’s assume he was a very religious person, he had influence, he must have had quite a bit knowledge on the things of God and a respected man in his community. So I’m sure he didn’t lack anything in life. He must have been living a fulfilled life. HOWEVER, with all his influence, status, knowledge etc… what good was it if none of these things could save his daughter’s life?

You know at the time, the majority of the rulers, high priest and people of religious influence didn’t believe in Jesus, but he had to make a vital decision: Sacrifice his pride to have an experience with Jesus or keep his pride and lose his daughter. Think about this: What good is it for you to be set in your ways, your ego, you skills, your achievements, your church, your title, your fame or a position, if you are unhappy inside and in a cycle of losing things close to your heart?

Jairus chose swallow his pride, status and even beliefs. He renounced everything he was and fell at the feet of Jesus. Only a humble person is able to do this; someone who is sincere and understands that this is the only way to have a real encounter with Jesus. The key and amazing thing is among a massive crowd, Jesus attended to his need! Humility has power.

The Lord mocks the mockers but is gracious to the humble. Proverbs 3:34 NLT

God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble. James 4:6 NKJV

Jesus wants to go with you right now, because wherever He goes life follows. The daughter of Jairus was revived. Your relationship, your finances & career, your health, your soul, everything can also be revived right now. Given this, what are you going to do?

I hope now you make the decision right now to put everything else aside and surrender your life at the feet of Jesus. I can assure you that you can be saved today!!!

A Man Of God In India || An Amazing Testimony

Hello Reader. Just Read The Testimony Of This Servant Of God In A Country Dominated By Another Religion. He In My Opinion Is A True Example For Christians Worldwide…

In Andhra Pradesh, India, a boy named James listened to his teacher tell a different kind of story. This teacher was telling them the story of four friends who feared God and that three of them were thrown into a furnace because they refused to worship another god, other than the God of Israel.

The amazing thing was that when they looked into the furnace, there was Someone else with the three boys. The Fourth Man was their God, who came to deliver them from the fire. The three boys were removed from the furnace and their clothes didn’t even smell like smoke.

The children were amazed. Every day those students asked the teacher to tell them more stories about the true God.

This teacher was Christian and used his classes to evangelize students with stories from the Bible. At that moment, a great admiration grew in James for the God of Israel, who was invisible but would manifest during the most difficult times to save His servants. James started to believe in God and converted to Christianity, which was forbidden in that country.

As a teenager, in 1998, he looked for a Bible school in his town because he wanted to learn more, to perfect his faith; his spiritual development helped him become a great man of God. He got married and started a family. But deep inside his heart burned the desire to do for the children of his village the same thing that his teacher did for him. This is where a great investment began. With much effort, he was building his house, but was also determined to build a house to worship his God. So he built his house and a small room next to it.

Today, in this room, he gathers the poor children from his village every day to eat a delicious meal prepared with love by his wife, Vasundhara. During the meals, he teaches the children about faith and his God, just like his teacher did with him.

Today he does this work with joy. He does not have a church to go to, he does not receive help from anyone, nothing more than what is most precious, which is his communion with God. He and his family climb to the top of a mountain in his village every day to meditate on the Word of God, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of nature created by Him.

This has been the daily routine of James, the young pastor of the poor children of a forgotten village in India. Even with difficulties, he remains hopeful that one day things will get better. He does not think about the obstacles or the difficulties, because he understands the responsibility he has with a little more than 30 needy children, who wake up every day hoping to receive a meal and valuable lessons of faith.

This is the story of James, a 30-year-old man, who lives in Guntur, India with his wife, Vasundhara, and their children in the faith.

Write Or Type Your Goals || It’s Very Important

Allo Mate! Welcome Back To My Blog. Please Have A Read Of The Following, The Title Of The Post Explains What Your In For…

“God knows… He knows the desires of my heart… I’ve already told Him all my dreams…” time and time again we try and justify why we haven’t fulfilled our dreams yet. Find out what’s missing in you! For the Christians and believers in God, let me use an example that is outside of our universe, just to prove that living with an Intelligent Faith is not exclusively for Christians & believers of God but anyone who puts it into practice.

If what you’re about read happens in the life of those who don’t believe in a God, then imagine those who do. I saw this on the net, this question was asked to MBA students at Harvard: Do you have clear and defined objectives, written on paper, along with a plan on how to achieve them?

Only 3% of graduates had goals written on paper, along with some sort of plan on how to achieve them. 13% had goals but had not put them down on paper. 84% had no goals whatsoever.

Now this is the amazing part, because ten years later, investigators went back to check on the professional lives of those who took part in the survey, and made an interesting discovery:

  • The 13% who had goals, but had not written them down, were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84% who didn’t have goals.
  • The 3% who written their goals and plans down, were earning ten times more than the other 97% put together.

Sooooooo, listen up my friend. People don’t die when they stop breathing, they die when they stop dreaming. Please, dream a lot! But never forget to write these dreams down, then plan on how to reach them and take action!

I have my goals for 2015 written down already, have you? Take a few hours to just think and plan, you won’t regret it when you have achieved your goal.

God Bless U. Please follow my blog and share it with friends and family. Thanks =D

Jesus’ Leadership Principle: Servant-hood

This Post Is Just Powerful. Its For All Those Who Want To Be Leaders Like The Lord Jesus Was.

Real readers are in short supply. Constantly, people and groups search for them. Throughout the Bible, God searches for leaders too. And when God does find a person who is ready to lead, to commit and take on responsibility for others, that person is used to the limit. Such leaders still have shortcomings and flaws, but despite of it, they become spiritual leaders. Such were Moses, Gideon, and David.

Can U Tame The Animals Inside?

Hello Reader =] Thanks For Coming Back. Here’s An Interesting Analogy Related Mastering Self Control…

A man went to see his psychiatrist. He complained about how he had too much work to do and was struggling to focus on progressing with his dreams. The psychiatrist asked how was it possible to have so much work when he was living in a decent apartment, with a decent job, no kids and was single:

“I have to tame two falcons, train two eagles, keep two rabbits quiet, keep my eyes on a snake, carry a donkey and master a lion,” said the man.

“So this week your claiming to be an animal tamer. You don’t own any of those animals sir. What are you talking about?” said the psychiatrist.

The man explained: “These animals are in all men, Dr!”

“The two falcons throw themselves at everything that appears, good or bad. I have to train them to target only good prey. These are my EYES!”

“The two eagles harm and tear things apart with their claws. I have to teach them to be useful without causing harm. These are my HANDS!”

“The two rabbits want to go wherever they please. Running from others and diving away from difficulties… I have to train them to be quiet, even when things are painful, difficult and unpleasant. They are my FEET!”

feet of a Black Women

“The hardest thing to keep track of is the snake. Though it’s locked up in a cage with 32 bars, all you have to do is barely open the cage and it’s always eager to bite and poison anyone close by. If I don’t watch it closely, it causes serious damage. It’s my TONGUE!”

“The donkey is stubborn and refuses to do what it’s told to a lot of the time. It complains about being tired and will not carry each day’s load. It’s my BODY!”

“Finally, I have to master the lion… He always wants to be King, to be the most important. It is a vain and proud animal. It is my HEART!”

Self control is a CHOICE. We can choose to have a lot of it or hardly any. If a person want to be wild and reckless, there are consequences. If you want to have build self control, prepare yourself for a struggle, because the wild animals inside you don’t want to be tamed.

Hello Err’body, Here’s A Bit Of Knowledge On The Importance Of Being Focused…

I was reading my bible this morning and God really spoke to me about the importance of being focused. I am currently reading the book of Proverbs, which I have already read I believe a couple times before. However, even though I’ve highlighted several verses throughout the book that really stuck out for me, I’m realizing that their were many verse that I read before without focus.

How did I realize this? Well I only just finished reading chapter 4 and it’s taken me about 2 weeks to do this; this is because now that I’m choosing to read the verse slower and focus on what each individual verse is trying to tell me, I see God teaching me lesson that I missed the first couple times I read Proverbs. This has lead me to realize the importance of focus and how anyone can miss great opportunities and success because of lack of focus.

If you think about it, one of the reasons why many people don’t reach their goals is because they get distracted by the thoughts of “what they need to sacrifice” rather than the result they will get once they achieve such goals. Instead of immersing their mind and energy 100% in the “NOW”, their mind and focus is somewhere else.

Think with me, what leads someone at some point to sign up for the gym or begin exercising? The desire to lose weight, gain a better physique & feel better, build muscles, become stronger or maybe all of that.

However, when it comes to our goals, why do we tend to only look at the sacrifices needed to be made and because of that, we easily allow ourselves to get distracted?

Well, Here’s what God has to say to you:

My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body. Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Avoid all perverse talk; stay away from corrupt speech. Look straight ahead, and fix your eyes on what lies before you. Mark out a straight path for your feet; stay on the safe path. Don’t get sidetracked; keep your feet from following evil. Proverbs 4:20-27 NLT

Can you believe I read this twice before and only this morning I realized how important these verse are for my life. Thank God for FOCUS!

Put these verses into practice. Tella Friend About My Blog Please. Thanks =D
