God’s Real Plan For Men

Wassup Reader =] Hope Your Well. It’s Worrying Because The Definition Of A Real Man Has Changed From What God Originally Planned, And It Is Continuing To Change At An Alarming Rate…

Have a look at what God planned:

Then God said, Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. Genesis 1:26 NKJV

We can clearly see that God created “Men” to have dominion! When I think about this word “dominion”, it entails characteristics like to be a leaders, teachers, providers, man of integrity, faithful, respectful and responsible. Yet, just have a look around at the day and age we live in, do the majority of young men and even older men assume these attribute with being a “real man”?

The reality is that God’s plan for man has been ignored by many young men and adults, all you have to do is look at the world we live in and the examples of “real men” we have, just look at the consequences of their actions over the years, it is shameful.

God wants me & every other male human being to have dominion in this world, but the most important thing to have dominion over is:

OURSELVES 

The real man that God planned for all men to be is not the most muscular or most lean man, the most strongest or the most intelligent man, the man that can get the most females or the most money, the man who can achieve the most without any help or the man who is always right etc… God’s real plan was to create men who have self control and dominion over themselves (the flesh).

He has even given us tools to help us achieve this, as He knows we can’t do it by ourselves, He has given His Word, His Son’s sacrifice and the Holy Spirit.

Decision time: Who do you want to be? God’s real man or the world’s real man? Which path will lead you to a fulfilled and blessed life here and even after death?
