The same way I believe God created the world with His words, I believe He gave us the gift and power to create the life that we live. I also believe we have to power to motive and create change in people to.

When we compliment, encourage or motive someone, we will make them feel a great amount of joy and determination.

Try this strategy instead of complaining, criticizing, attacking and pointing out mistakes all the time. But don’t just do this once. Decide to do this always and adopt it as a new behaviour.

MUSCLEMANIA #2 || The Beginning

WEEK 1

Well, last week was the start of my 3 month cycle. Since Mr Mystro lives in Wolves I can’t train with him, but now i’m training with my boy Magic, he is the Polish Arnold Schwarzenegger =]

This week was obviously going to be the hardest out of all, my muscles are still waking up from their 4 month slumber but i managed to keep up with him and the training regime he had planned for us.

I also did the measurements of my arms, forearms, chest, waist, hips, thighs and calves:

Right Arm: 13.8 Inches(Straight) 16 Inches(Tensed)

Left  Arm: 13.2 Inches(Straight) 15.8 Inches(Tensed)

Forearms: 12 Inches

Chest: 38 Inches

Waist: 31.5 Inches

Hips: 37.8 Inches

Thighs: 23.2 Inches

Calves: 15.5 Inches

Here is the guide Magic gave me to measure myself properly.

Well it is still early days but i’m really sure that this 3 month cycle will help me get up to about 87kg, my overall goal of 95kg will take a bit longer. It’s good to have a training partner, to help you & motivate you to keep lifting and to stay in shape, i also start athletics training again soon, which is great.

BACK TO THE MATTER: BODYBUILDING & STRENGTH TRAINING

SUMMERTIME FOR ME IS OVER… THE HOLIDAY SEASON IS OVER… THE STUNTING SEASON IS OVER…

I’M BACK TO THE MATTER: BODYBUILDING & STRENGTH TRAINING =D

Now i’m fully focused on training hard for the next 8 months to make some GAINS.

It’s been about 2 months since i last stepped foot in a gym, 2 months which felt like a decade; but finally the wait was over and i have done some light training for the past 5 days.

YES, LIGHT TRAINING, some people may say “oh why didn’t you do a proper workout?” and i’ll just say “I Value my body” =D

I’m pretty sure a lot of part time gym goers/bodybuilders/weightlifters would go back and shatter their body with a MAD INTENSE workout just to show off, not knowing that they are in actuality risking pulling something lool & getting a serious injury in the process.

CATCHING AN INJURY BEFORE I START MY INTENSE TRAINING….

MIND > MATTER ALL DAY, EVERYDAY

So for the next few days i will continue doing light training to wake up the muscles from their 2 month holiday, to get them ready for 8 more months of growing and developing.

BUT FIRST, i made sure i found out where i was at with my stats, so i could set myself a GOAL and sort out how i will achieve that goal.

I always advice my friends to do a fitness test and find out their stats before starting an intense series of workouts, its just common sense to know where you are at and then plan where your heading right?

My Stats:

Weight: 13 stones 1 Pound/ 82.6KG

Height: 6″1

Age: 21

B.M.I: 24.7

Body Fat (%): 11.4%

Body fat mass: 9.4KG

I was actually quite shocked to see most of my results, considering 5 months ago i was 90KG and 14% Body fat; and in the last 5 months i haven’t trained hard at all & my eating has been all over the place. I genuinely thought i lost a lot more muscle mass. I didn’t include other measurement e.g. Arms, Chest, Waist etc… but i will in future posts.

My Goal:

Weight: 14 stones 9 Pounds/ 95KG

Height: 6″1

Age: 22

B.M.I: 27.6

Body Fat (%): 14%

Body Fat Mass: 12KG

MUSCLEMANIA #1 || I Love Bodybuilding & Fitness

I have already posted a collage of my developments since getting into bodybuilding last November.

A lot of people have said that I have made a lot of progress & have grown bigger.

I’m 6’1 and always had more muscle than fat but I was skinny. While I was in Secondary school I was bigger as we had a free gym but after that I didn’t go to the gym, but I have always been fasinated by the human body and how we could develop how it looked.

What really pushed me to start bodybuilding was when I saw a  school friend who was thin and toned like myself before, all of a sudden had massive arms, Mr Mystro’s MUAD Progress in his own bodybuilding, constantly being told by girls I knew ” Moyo your not big, your lanky” & me starting Athletics. I told myself I must get into bodybuilding.

I always wanted to have big arms, so that was also one of my biggest motivations.

And since starting, there is no turning back, the love for bodybuilding and fitness has grown more and more, a week or more away from the gym hurts my heart so much lool

And because of my development in and out of the gym by doing further research on fitness, diets and other bodybuilders, I know have a good understanding in fitness and bodybuilding but I will still class myself as still learning.

Like I said before, me and Mr Mystro will start our Bodybuilding & Fitness channel soon, and my biggest goal from this is to motivate male and female of all ages in the UK and around the world get into Bodybuilding and fitness.

The UK in my opinion lacks fitness, maybe because the summer here isn’t as hot as USA, South American countries, Spain, Portugal etc…

But it must change and will, I BELIEVE =]
