I have already posted a collage of my developments since getting into bodybuilding last November.
A lot of people have said that I have made a lot of progress & have grown bigger.
I’m 6’1 and always had more muscle than fat but I was skinny. While I was in Secondary school I was bigger as we had a free gym but after that I didn’t go to the gym, but I have always been fasinated by the human body and how we could develop how it looked.
What really pushed me to start bodybuilding was when I saw a school friend who was thin and toned like myself before, all of a sudden had massive arms, Mr Mystro’s MUAD Progress in his own bodybuilding, constantly being told by girls I knew ” Moyo your not big, your lanky” & me starting Athletics. I told myself I must get into bodybuilding.
I always wanted to have big arms, so that was also one of my biggest motivations.
And since starting, there is no turning back, the love for bodybuilding and fitness has grown more and more, a week or more away from the gym hurts my heart so much lool
And because of my development in and out of the gym by doing further research on fitness, diets and other bodybuilders, I know have a good understanding in fitness and bodybuilding but I will still class myself as still learning.
Like I said before, me and Mr Mystro will start our Bodybuilding & Fitness channel soon, and my biggest goal from this is to motivate male and female of all ages in the UK and around the world get into Bodybuilding and fitness.
The UK in my opinion lacks fitness, maybe because the summer here isn’t as hot as USA, South American countries, Spain, Portugal etc…
But it must change and will, I BELIEVE =]
