The 10 Values Of Faith || #3 Justice

Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening! I Hope U Have Been Enjoying The Values Of Faith Series, Here’s The 3rd Value…

To be in faith is to be sincere with yourself, God and others, especially when it comes to acknowledging your mistakes or asking for help.

To put in to perspective, to be in faith is to eliminate the feelings of fear, doubts, angers, grudge, worries etc… and hold tight onto courage, belief, happiness, forgiveness and certainty. It’s easier said than done but it is possible, just ask anyone who is successful in their respective field of work.

So relating it to God, always remember what it says in the Holy Bible:

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” Hebrews 11:6 NKJV

Faith has everything to do with reason, with emotions following behind (not leading, but following). We have learnt that the 1st attribute of faith is A Good Conscience, while the 2nd attribute is Honesty. Let’s move onto the 3rd attribute:

God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day. Psalm 7:11 NKJV

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; Mercy and truth go before Your face. Psalm 89:14 NKJV

God, through King David, taught us two things:

  1. He is a JUST Judge
  2. His Almighty Throne rests upon Righteousness and Justice

This clearly mean that the God of the bible is a fair God. He has no part to do with injustice and deceit. Later on, the Lord Jesus rebuked the hypocrites because they lacked justice in their characters:

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone. Matthew 23:23 NKJV

Is it just to lie? Is it just to deceive? Is it just to fornicate? Is it just to be lazy? Is it just to be proud? Is it just to forget about God for the majority of your life and run to Him only when your in trouble? Is it just to rob God by not being faithful in your tithes and offering? Is it just to slander someone and destroy their reputation so that you can get ahead of them? Is it just to cheat to win?

To perform justice in this day and age is very hard, but it is doable. Justice has everything to do with faith because it take’s a good conscience, honesty (and some other attributes but I wont reveal them yet or else i’ll spoil the series) to perform; which all have something do with our reason and nothing to do with our emotions. By doing this, you are automatically pleasing the God of the bible.

The question is: Do you want to live by faith or emotions?

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17 NKJV
